Veris Insights (formerly Ivy Research Council) delivers real-time, actionable recruiting research that empowers organizations to hire smarter, faster, and more equitably. As the company expanded its products and reach beyond university recruiting, its legacy name no longer reflected its full value—or its future vision.
To match its ambition and scale, Veris Insights partnered with Niftic to evolve its brand from the ground up. From a full rename and strategic repositioning to a comprehensive visual identity and suite of digital products, Niftic helped Veris Insights redefine how it shows up to clients, partners, and the broader talent acquisition industry.
Renaming & repositioning to reflect innovation and impact
As Ivy Research Council expanded its offerings and set its sights on new audiences, the legacy name no longer reflected the company’s ambition or direction. Once centered on university recruiting, the name began to limit perception and growth.
Through in-depth internal and external research, Niftic surfaced a clear brand truth: Veris Insights was widely recognized as a trusted partner and innovative leader in the talent acquisition space. Above and beyond the data or unique perspectives, the level of trust, credibility, and service the company has with each client is unmatched. They bring data to their users in a way that makes it actionable, ultimately empowering their clients to make better decisions and acquisition programming. These attributes informed a refined brand story and new name—Veris Insights—anchored in truth, agility, and impact.
A visual identity to re-energize the brand and exude expertise
Veris Insights needed a brand that could support their growth and vision for the years to come. Niftic crafted a full visual identity that balances academic roots with a modern, elevated tone. The new wordmark—drawing inspiration from the company’s founding at Princeton—features a refined serif typeface that nods to expertise and authority. Paired with a sleek arrow symbol, the brand reflects forward movement and data-driven progress, setting the stage for continued growth.
Digital tools to deliver value at every touchpoint
To match the ambition of the new brand, Niftic reimagined and rebuilt Veris Insights’ digital footprint. A refreshed website prioritizes conversion and clarity, with seamless user flows for prospective clients. Simultaneously, Niftic developed a robust membership platform designed to help existing clients easily access the real-time, tailored insights that define Veris’ value.
Every detail was designed with intention—from UX strategy to performance engineering—ensuring that Veris Insights delivers a premium experience on every page and platform.
Niftic’s partnership with Veris Insights was about more than just a name change. It was a full evolution, aligning the brand with its future while honoring its legacy of service and insight. With a fresh identity, optimized digital tools, and clear strategic direction, Veris Insights is positioned to lead the conversation around talent acquisition for years to come.

Given the high importance of data visualization, an expanded data palette was prioritized to ensure that charts and graphs are decipherable.
